Refund & Returns Policy

Welcome to Olliyole. We’re committed to ensuring you have the best experience with our skincare and personal care products. Due to the nature of our items, we follow a strict and transparent Refund & Returns Policy outlined below.
1. Returns Eligibility
To protect the safety and hygiene of all our customers, we do not accept returns on opened or used personal care products.
We only accept returns if:
- The item is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging
- The return is requested within 7 days of delivery
- The item is damaged, defective, or the wrong product was received
If you believe your situation qualifies for a return, please contact us first at shop@olliyole.com with your order number and clear photos of the item(s).
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to health and safety regulations, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable once opened or used:
- Face creams, lotions, soaps, serums
- Lip balms, oils, and other skincare treatments
- Any item marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
3. Refunds (If Applicable)
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. We will notify you once the return is received and inspected.
Refunds are not guaranteed until the returned item has been received and assessed.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We sincerely apologize if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order by emailing shop@olliyole.com with the following details:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
We’ll review and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate—at no extra cost to you.
5. Return Shipping
- If your return is accepted, we will provide you with return instructions.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our end (e.g., wrong or defective item).
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
6. Cancellations & Order Changes
Orders may only be canceled or modified within 2 hours of purchase. Once processing begins, we are unable to make changes or offer cancellation.
